Personal Delivery Fees & Info
Please note: We accept pickups or delivery face to face, in-person only. We don’t ship by air cargo. Kittens will be released to go home at 10-12 weeks of age or when we feel they are ready. The "go home" date will be indicated when they are posted on the "Available" page for reserve and is subject to change at the discretion of Rags2Love. Delivery of the kitten must be taken on the date arranged by Rags2Love. If you cannot meet us on the specified date, please choose from another litter where prompt pickup can be made. If a kitten is purchased and prompt pickup is not made, a daily kennel fee will be charged as we do not allow crowded conditions in our cattery.

BY RAGS2LOVE ~ Local / Local Extended
Delivery is available free of charge within a 60 minute driving distance (one way) from Orchard Park NY. We no longer drive further than 60 minutes from Orchard Park NY (please note; we are located near Buffalo NY in the Western portion of the state. PLEASE BRING A CARRIER FOR YOUR CAT TO GO HOME IN. CARRIERS ARE MANDATORY. (However, for longer distances, delivery is available using our courier service. *Fees will apply. See "By Air Courier" and "By Ground Courier" section below.)
☆☆ OR fly into Buffalo / Niagara Intl Airport to meet us for pickup. Buf/Nia is a small easily navigated airport.

- CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR (PET CARRY ON) AIRLINE FEES (MADE PAYABLE TO YOUR AIRLINE)
- CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS WITH THE AIRLINE FOR THE CARRY ON/FLYING OF YOUR PET.
- CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE TO CONTACT THE AIRLINE TO FIND OUT IF A USDA HEALTH CERTIFICATE IS NEEDED TO FLY.
- IF A HEALTH CERTIFICATE IS NEEDED TO FLY, LET US KNOW ASAP SO WE CAN MAKE THE APPROPRIATE ARRANGEMENTS WITH OUR VETERINARIAN. A FEE WILL BE ASSESSED TO THE CUSTOMER (PAYABLE TO RAGS2LOVE) FOR A VETERINARIAN APPOINTMENT NEEDED TO APPROVE YOUR PET FOR FLYING AND A FEE FOR THE ISSUE OF AND PURCHASE OF THE USDA HEALTH CERTIFICATE. (FEE IS TO BE DETERMINED AND ACCORDING TO OUR VETERINARIAN'S CURRENT FEES)
- FINALLY, A FEE WILL BE ASSESSED TO THE CUSTOMER (PAID TO RAGS2LOVE) FOR AN AIRLINE APPROVED PET CARRIER. (FEE: $35)

*Local ~ Extended Distance: (meaning within 60 minutes one way from Orchard Park NY): Saturday or Sunday only.

-Points South we drive as far as Salamanca NY
-Points East we drive as far as Bergen NY
-Points West we drive as far as Northeast PA
-Points Northeast we drive as far as Barre Center NY
-Points Southeast we drive as far as Mt. Morris NY

BY AIR COURIER
We do not ship via cargo but deliver to you face to face using our personal air courier who will personally hand deliver your new kitten to you via an international airline as carry on. Air courier service is available all year round. Our courier flies out of the Buffalo/Niagara International Airport into a major international airport closest to you, and personally meets you there for pickup. Your kitten will be cared for every step of the way. We provide shipping within the United States only but not to Alaska or Hawaii - 48 contiguous states only. Customer is responsible for the cost of a soft sided carrier we provide for delivery... (The amount of $35 for the carrier will be included in the electronic invoice emailed to customer for final payment.) Air courier delivery cost is starts at approximately $475 which is subject to change. See payment terms on our "Making a Payment" page.
BY GROUND COURIER
With personal delivery using our Ground Courier Service, your pet travels very comfortably & securely from our door to yours. Ground delivery is available to the North East and Midwest U.S. only. Our courier will be sure your pet is pampered and cared for the entire trip. Ground courier cost starts at approximately $460, is dependent on location and is subject to change. Customer is responsible for the cost of a soft sided carrier we provide for delivery... (The amount of $35 for the carrier will be included in the electronic invoice emailed to customer for final payment.) See payment terms on our "Making a Payment" page.
